SCT Smart Homes

SCT Smart Homes is a well-established real estate company with a long history of success. Their outdated brand presence needed a breath of fresh air, and they turned to Design Distrikt for this transformation. The catalyst for change was the entrance of the second generation, Mr. S. Charan Yadav, bringing in new ideas and perspectives.

We began by working with the SCT Smart Homes team to understand their brand's qualities and values. We learned that they are a company that is passionate about innovation and quality, and they are committed to providing their customers with the best possible experience. We also learned that they are a family-owned business with a strong sense of community.

Based on our understanding of the brand, we developed a new logo that is a modern interpretation of a bird. The bird is a symbol of strength, authority, and flight, which reflects the company's values. The chosen colours echoed the vibrancy of the construction sites, infusing the visuals with a depth that resonated with the brand's commitment to quality and hard work.

We then designed a suite of print and marketing collaterals that enforce the new brand identity. Every element was carefully crafted to represent the evolution of SCT Smart Homes, blending tradition with modernity.

The culmination of this collaborative journey was a brand transformation that breathed new life into SCT Smart Homes. The new look not only revitalised the brand but also laid a solid foundation for its future growth. The company is now able to project a more modern and sophisticated image to the world.
